Elliott wave and technical analysis on EUR/USD; The VIX Index and DJI

 EUR/USD - Is building minor wave iv towards the 131.75 - 132.25 area from where we will see wave v down to the neckline support near 130.10, from where we should see a wave two correction.

VIX and DJI - Is the VIX breaking out to the upside? The Bollinger Bands is pinching together which could be a warning of a big move coming soon and the most likely direction will be to the upside.
The DJI broke below its uptrend line since October last year and it too could be a warning that something bigger is on its way. However we need a break below support at 12,735 to really get things going towards the downside, until a break below 12,73 the uptrend is firmly in place.

I will not be updating the next couple of days as I'm leaving for Easter break. Happy Easter to you all.

    Hi Chetan,

    Even-though we have broken 2.10 slightly I don't see this as a major issue to my overall analysis.

    I still expect an important bottom to be found any time now and a rally past 2.20 and more important 2.40, which will at least confirm a period of stabilization. In the bigger picture we need a break above 2.73 to confirm a bigger rally towards 4.50.

    I must emphasis that this is no guarantee that we will see a bottom soon, but I expect that due to my analysis.

    I can't say what you should do in regards to your loss, that is your decision and yours alone. For me to give you any guidance about that I simply don't know enough about your position, your financial capability ect.
