(Click at the picture to enlarge)Oil is currently testing improtant support near 68.50, if this support breaks, it will add support to the count, that an important top is in place with the test of 75, makeing the the current move wave (i) of iii down towards 65.23.
If however 68.50 protects the downside for a break back above 71.13 and more important 73.41 the a-b-c count is the rigth one calling for a move above 75.
