Climate conference in Copenhagen

Copenhagen is currently hosting the UN Climate Conference. The ending statement will most likely be more of a political statement, than specific agreements to limit carbon-dioxide emissions.

I'm not against living in a greener world, but I always get worried when politicians get all worked up, talking about doing this and doing that... Ready to throw an insane amout of money on something not knowing if it will work.

Taking into consideration that some of the climate scientists have refused publishing their data (climategate), because the data do not confirm their argument of a Global rising temperature (see the chart above from The Unified Cycle Theory, showing that the temperature peaked in 2007. Looking back on the last ten years there are no evindence that the temperature has been rising as the climate scientists claims). Instead I hope that the nations will agree to fund more and reliable research into the facts. Letting new researchers gather new and old data untainted by past indiscretions and publish the raw-data for anyone to analyze.

Lets try to do something right for once and not just take the popular stand.
