We have seen a clear failure to break above the long term resistance line near 15,800. Depending on whether we "only" have seen a correction (A-B-C) or we are in a impulsive rally (five waves) we should expect a decline towards at least 13,194 and maybe slightly lower towards the bottom of wave iv of one lessor degree at 12.228. The Price action after this decline become the juge of which of the two scenarios, which is correct.
