S&P 500 - Wave (iii) of iii soon to begin.

As we broke clearly below 1,041 yesterday I have changed my count to the much more bearish one.

Short term we are tracing out sub-wave (ii) of iii down. When wave (ii) is done we should see a very powerfull move (panic-like) to the downside. Wave (iii) should at least fall to 968, but more likely it will fall closer to 925.59.
