After three weeks consolidation we might be ready for the next rally in the VIX-index to the Extrem Fear area.
Looking at the fractals we should just have finished "f" and should se leg "e" up into the extrem fear area. We should not be ready for the capitualtion point yet, but are closing in at the point.
